(1) You have the right to cancel the contract with the contractor within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

(2) In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to give the contractor a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post to Yannick Eisenhuth, Biensackweg 1, 36037 Fulda or email to info@wundertollfotografie.com) about your decision, the contract to withdraw, inform. You can use a sample form in accordance with Appendix 2 to Article 246a § 1 paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 1 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the Civil Code), which is not mandatory.

(3) Consequences of cancellation

In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides must be returned. You are obliged to pay compensation for the service provided until the revocation if you were advised of this legal consequence before submitting your contractual declaration and have expressly agreed that we will start to perform the consideration before the end of the revocation period. If there is an obligation to pay compensation, this may mean that you still have to meet the contractual payment obligations for the period up to the revocation. Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if, at your express request, the contract is fully fulfilled by both parties before you have exercised your right of withdrawal. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the sending of your cancellation, for us with the receipt.
